Ich hatte auch nur ein Video von ihm gesehen, wo er die Avantis über den grünen Klee gelobt hat, aber Avanti eben nicht mehr geliefert hat - was ihn sehr bestürzt hat. Das ist sicher 2 bis 4 Jahre her. -

Ich habe mal spaßenhalber geschaut, wenn ich als Mr. Avanti (DE) in Erinnerung hatte - ich meine es war
Klaus Tiefenbacher von surfshop24. Mit dem hat sich der Mario in seinen Videos gezofft, für die Show und Quote natürlich nur.

Bin mal gespannt, wie es mit Bruch Segeln weitergeht, da Flight Sails ja in Ezzy aufgegangen ist. Alessio und Daida waren letztes Jahr komplett mit Bruch unterwegs. Ich hatte auch den Eindruck, dass es ein tolles Team war.

P7 (and especially the YouTube videos Mario made with Andrea) are, to me, the absolute peak of what that brand has ever produced. Andrea is just on another level. The depth of knowledge he carries is almost unreal, and every time he appeared in one of Mario’s videos, you could count on learning something genuinely valuable.
Even though I’m not really a P7 fan myself (I prefer flatter, less extreme sail designs with more transparent materials) I’ll always be impressed by Andrea. It’s a bit like the difference Ferrari and Lamborghini: maybe you don’t drive one, maybe it’s not your style, but you can’t help admiring the engineering, the passion, the sheer audacity behind it.
And with P7, it is as if Mr. Ferrari or Mr. Lamborghini is still alive, standing right there in the workshop, explaining their philosophy in person. That’s what Andrea brought to Mario’s videos: the sense that you were listening to a master craftsman revealing the secrets of his craft. I wish Mario good luck with his next brand and thank him for his work with Andrea past years
