    @Corosusers.

Thank you for sending this link, Werner. And I appreciate you asking for more feedback from other athletes. The best way for us to look at their activities is by a data submission from the app.

    • App > Profile page (shield icon) > scroll down to Contact Support
    • Then, provide the 6-digit watch ID so we can locate the data submission
    • Also provide the date(s) of activities with inaccurate data

Regarding your own ski activities, please try the following steps before your next ski trip:

    • Reset the watch: System > More Settings > Reset All. This will restore the watch to factory settings.
    • Then, enable Raw Data Collection mode on your watch.

    To collect raw data:

    • On the watch: System > More Settings > highlight "Device's Info" option, but don't press the dial.
    • Press and hold the BACK button for 8 seconds to open a new setting "Data Collection".
    • Enter this setting and enable "GPS".
    • Return to the main watch face using the BACK button.
    • Complete 2-3 ski activities.
    • Finish and sync with the COROS ap.
    • Connect the watch to a computer via the charging cable and locate the raw data files in the watch drive. It will be in a Log or Data Collection folder.
    • Finally, submit data from the profile page of the app.

Also auch wieder nix was man mal selber checken kann. Seis drum.

„Thank you for these screenshots! The team reviewed the raw data from your watch compared with the GW60, and found that the raw GPS data produced by your APEX Pro's GPS chip is actually very similar to the GW60. However, our algorithm smooths the GPS track after the workout, which reduces the amount of carves and turns that you see. We have submitted this to the algorithm team so they can optimize the GPS track smoothing process for Ski and Snowboard modes, and make the track look similar to the raw GPS data produced by the chip.”
